My Story

After college I became an associate producer for the morning news in Bakersfield. Realizing it wasn't what I imagined journalism to be like, I left the industry. I learned how to build websites, SEO, and started side businesses to make extra income. In 2015 I was introduced to the financial services industry and within six months I was able to leave my job and I haven't had a boss since.

 

I developed my business, coached agents throughout the country, sold to clients across the country, and honed in on my public speaking skills and I've spoken to thousands on stage. 

​

I got married in 2017 to the guy who introduced me to the financial services industry, then two years later I got pregnant with twins. It was 11.5 months after they were born that my husband died tragically in Hawaii while we were on our company trip. 

​

Thank God that my husband properly planned for our family and the life insurance allowed me to grieve and take some time off from my business to get adjusted to my new life as a single mom with twins. Through it all, God's hand has been over my family. 

​

Because of my business and the skills I've developed, I'm able to homeschool my daughters and build my business around my busy schedule as a mom. We get to travel yearly and spend quality time together everyday. 

​
